UvA Special Collections

The Special Collections are home to the material heritage of the University of Amsterdam. The collections serve educational and research purposes, but they are also accessible to the general public. Works can be viewed in the modern study hall and are highlighted by means of exhibitions, lectures, and presentations. In addition to a library, exhibition rooms and a restaurant, a bookshop specialised in typography and graphic design is situated within the building. We developed a clean and simple wayfinding system for the Special Collections to lead visitors to the different parts of this university library/museum.

NB this projects was developed as part of a Mijksenaar team.
