Paleis Het Loo

Museum Paleis Het Loo is one of the most popular museums in the Netherlands. The Palace closed for renovation, improvement and expansion (by Kaan architects) . The palace rooms are completely renovated, a new underground exhibition space has opened its doors and a Junior Palace presents engaging visuals and information for the younger guests. The gardens, stables and palace are once again a unified and compelling whole. This future proof museum experience asked for a high end but also subtle and stylish wayfinding system that fits to the diversity of royal surroundings. This new system, including a digital layer, was launched when the Palace reopened its doors for the public in spring 2023.
